Two-steps verification

Two-steps verification is a security layer that we highly recommend using. To set up the Two-steps verification there is multiple ways:

Log in

When you will log in your 42videobricks account, a pop up will propose you to set up the Two-steps verification on your account. Click on Continue to go to the next step.

Open you authenticator app and scan the QR code showed on the screen.

You will receive a 6 digits code on your app, enter this code and click on Validate

Parameter page

You can also set up the Two-steps verification from the Parameter Page. Go to tab Security and click on the button to activate the Two-steps verification. Then follow the same step to set up your account.

How to access the admin if you lose your authentification account ?

After setting up the Two-steps authentification, every time you log in you will have to enter the 6 digits code that appear on your authentification app. If for some reasons you lose access to this authentification app or if you're unable to get the 6 digits code you can contact our support here to get a new QR code to scan.
